Your home is a complicated structure.  Your report won't be.  My reports are organized so you can find information quickly.  You won't be overwhelmed with information you don't care about.  Just facts about your property and it's condition.  And it's all organized in an easy to follow format.

A Document You'll Keep and Use.

Your report is a permanent document that can come in handy later.  If you remodel, decide to make major repairs, or add on to your home, the information in the report can be passed along to your contractors for reference.  You're actually purchasing information and expertise from me.  You should be able to reference that information at anytime and know it will be in good condition like the day you bought it.  So I do it right.  You'll receive a high quality report with plenty of details and photos.

For Your Convenience, Online Reports.

I store your report online for easy access.  You'll have passworded access to your reports from anywhere, anytime.  All you need is a computer connected to the Internet.

Your Report is Illustrated with Diagrams and Color Photos.

Whenever I encounter an item that needs attention, I'll take a digital photo to illustrate exactly what the text is referring too.  When appropriate, I'll include illustrations to clarify my notes and comments.

The entire report is designed to inform you on the condition of all the systems and components of your property.  Your home inspection will be an exhaustive examination that can take up to 3 hours to complete on a large property.  But your report will boil it all down in a concise, readable format.

My Service Doesn't End After the Inspection.
